Use:
Gently adjust the ring to sit securely between the top two joints of your index finger (or your preferred finger and placement for tensioning and guiding the yarn), then slip the yarn around the "hook" of the ring and through the split in the ring. Pull on the yarn coming off your skein to adjust the distance between your work and your guide finger. Once you find a comfortable relaxed position for your hands, knit (or crochet) away!

For 2 Color Coil Ring:
Place ring on index (or preferred) finger. Gently pull your 2 colors of yarn through the coil guides (making sure to keep your dominant yarn to the left). Pull on the yarn coming off your skein to adjust the distance between your work and your guide finger. Once you find a comfortable relaxed position for you hands, knit (or crochet) away!
